How It Works
To start with we never just offer a quote and leave. We are not a normal Junk Removal company. We do not do regular junk removal. We only do estate cleanouts. That's it nothing else. Once you request a meeting with Mike and Taylor, you get a complete, work up of the entire process from start to finish. It's a process that has been developed over several years of working with families that have recently lost a loved one. Their belongings are not just trash or junk. They hold memories and sentimental feelings that can not be ignored. That's why we take the time to walk through each room, closet, attic, basement, shed, the yard absolutely everything. We help you identify things you want to keep, things to sell, and finally things to discard. After all of the information is collected we build a removal plan. This plan is unique to each situation, so it will require a unique approach. The things you want to keep we either place in a designated spot, help you load them into your vehicle, or deliver them to your home. The things that need to be sold we catalog and photograph each item then load them up, and haul them back to our secure storage facility. Once at our storage facility, we clean and make repairs if possible, price each item, send the price to you for your approval, list each item in the place we feel will bring the best offer, sell the item, and pay you 50% of the sale price immediately. Next we remove all of the items that will be donated. These items may go to a family in need or the local Goodwill. After that all of the trash, debris and unwanted items are removed and disposed of. Finally we sweep, vacuum, and wipe down entire house, clean the yard including mowing and weed eating, and send you pictures or ask you to come see the final job. This level of service is unheard of in the Junk Removal industry.

3. Packing, Moving & Delivery of Items You Want to Keep
Once items are selected to keep, we take care of everything:

Delivering them directly to your home or storage unit
You don't have to lift a single item.
4. Full-Service Estate Cleanout
